Return Policy

Do you want to return something?
No problem!
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that we strictly cannot accept any returns after this 14-day period has passed.

How to Start a Return:
1. Always contact us via our contact form before shipping any items back.
2. Please include your order number so we can provide you with the official return form.
3. You must include this completed return form inside your return shipment.

Return Conditions:
Condition: Items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
Pickguards & Back Plates: If you are returning a pickguard or a back plate, the protective film on the front must still be intact and completely unremoved.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items that have been modified to your own specifications or products that arrive damaged.

Shipping & Responsibility:
You are fully responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse.
The goods remain your responsibility until they safely reach us, so please ensure they are packed up properly to prevent damage during transit.
We highly recommend using an insured postal service that covers the full value of the product and obtaining a proof of posting.

Refunds:
After inspecting your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
EU Customers: Your refund will include the original shipping costs, unless you choose to keep other items from the same order.
Non-EU Customers: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

-Please submit any return inquiries in English or Dutch.
-In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to ship it back to you.
-Packages received without a return form cannot be processed or refunded.
