Return Policy

Do you want to return something? No problem. 
Returns will be accepted within 14 days after you received your product.
We do not accept returns after the 14 day return period.
Always contact us before returning an item so we can send you the return form that you must include in the returned shipment.
We will not accept returns if the return form is not included with the returned product(s).
So you must inspect your product(s) within 14 days after you received your product to be eligible for a return.
Send us a message with the order number within 14 days after you received your product if you want to return your product.
The product must be returned in brand new condition and in the same condition you received it with the original packaging.
You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to our warehouse. 
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way back to us. 
Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the product you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
If you are returning a pickguard or a back plate make sure you didn't remove the protective film from the front of the pickguard or back plate.
We will not accept returns if changes were made to the product to your own specifications or if the item we received is damaged. 
After inspecting your return, we will issue a refund for the product to the original payment method used.
For European Union customers the refund includes the original shipping costs you paid when you made the purchase, except if you want to keep products from the same order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. For customers outside the EU the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
