250K audio no-load potentiometer, short bushing .250", 3/8" diam., dished back, pickguard mount.
NO-LOAD: allows more overtone harmonics!
Much like the Fender "No-Load" pot this no-load pot acts as a true bypass when rotated between 9 and 10.
The main difference from the Fender "No-Load" is that this pot has the dished back (similar to the original specs for vintage Stratocaster® Guitars) and there is no click/notched feel between 9 and 10.
